HEATHERS THE MUSICAL is the darkly delicious story of Veronica Sawyer, a brainy, beautiful teenage misfit who hustles her way into the most powerful and ruthless clique at Westerberg High: the Heathers. But before she can get comfortable atop the high school food chain, Veronica falls in love with the dangerously sexy new kid J.D. When Heather Chandler, the Almighty, kicks her out of the group, Veronica decides to bite the bullet and kiss Heather’s aerobicized ass… but J.D. has another plan for that bullet.

Brought to you by the award-winning creative team of Kevin Murphy (Reefer Madness, “Desperate Housewives”), Laurence O’Keefe (Bat Boy, Legally Blonde) and Andy Fickman (Reefer Madness, She’s the Man). HEATHERS THE MUSICAL is a hilarious, heartfelt and homicidal new show based on the greatest teen comedy of all time. With its moving love story, laugh-out-loud comedy and unflinching look at the joys and anguish of high school, HEATHERS will be New York’s most popular new musical. Are you in, or are you out?

What's your problem? No, seriously, I'm asking you.  Stop judging my glossary.

The greatest teen movie ever. And a pretty damn fine new musical!

VERY: (adj.)

Used as an all-around adjective to describe anything that is even slightly extreme; add "how" or "really" or even "very" in front for special emphasis.

Need to get going.  Like pronto, because Heather is waiting.

See “geek squad.” If someone named Heather sneers, “here comes the cootie squad” when you approach, get the hell out of there. Fast.

#FMGWAC: (v.)

Come on like you don't know...

COLOR ME: (v.)

Imperative verb that denotes a state of being.  Like, oh god, I don't know, "color me impressed" means “I approve of what you just did-which doesn't happen very often.”

The most effective diet of 1987.

BIG BLUE: (n.)

What you call Drano when you're on creepily intimate terms with it. And you're a psychopath.

CAF: (n.)

“Cafeteria” for those who have way more important things to do than finish what is actually an incredibly boring word.

Popcorn that comes in an aluminum tin and is popped over the stove. Losers like to eat this when watching movies on Saturday nights.

One of the most important rituals of Westerberg High.  The Heathers ask profound questions, and the non-Heathers give lame answers.

MYRIAD: (n.)

A countless or extremely great number. And, like, the hardest vocab word ever.

Two meanings. It can be a really gross hangover cure made with raw egg, vinegar and hot sauce… or a deep-fried bull testicle eaten as food. A culinary Sophie’s Choice.
